Harrow in LEAF's 20th Horticultural and Craft Show at the Headstone Village Show

Welcome to the Schedule for the 20th Harrow in LEAF Show at the 2025 Headstone Village Show.

We look forward to welcoming you to Harrow in LEAF's 20th Show as part of Headstone Village Show.

Hopefully, this year's weather will mean a productive year on our allotments and in our gardens and maybe a look in this schedule will encourage you to think about entering what you have grown. However, if that doesn't appeal to you there are a wide variety of other classes such as those for preserves, wine and arts and crafts.

The exhibits will once again be displayed in the beautiful and historic Great Barn at Headstone Manor.

Competitive produce shows started in the nineteenth century so our show is part of a long tradition and reflects Harrow's agricultural past.

This is Harrow's 60th anniversary as a London Borough so we will be celebrating its diversity with an international feel to some of the classes. And as this is our show's 20th year, its Porcelain Anniversary, there are some classes which reflect this too. Do have a think about what classes you and your friends and family would like to enter. You don't have to grow the biggest vegetables or the most perfect flowers, every entry helps make the show.

Exhibitors get free admission so it's definitely a great way to be part of this special event.

The People's Choice Class

ODD-SHAPED FRUIT OR VEGETABLE

• Any unusual or funny fruit or vegetables, as grown, no accessories

• More than one entry allowed up to a maximum of THREE

• Free entry.

This class will be judged by visitors to the show solely on the appearance of the exhibit.

CLASS A - OPEN CHALLENGE CUP:

The Little Stanmore Allottee's Cup is awarded to the winner of this section

"Harvest Festival Trug"
A container artistically filled with nature's products

• Open to any society, group, allotment site or individual

• The container can be a trug, tray or shallow basket, with or without a handle.

• All horticultural produce should have been grown by the exhibitor.

• Any other items should have been made by the exhibitor from raw materials

• Space allowed 600mm x 450mm.
Free entry.
